You don’t have to starve anymore because there is another way you can lose weight without starving.

Pumpkins: If you want a smooth and fatless body figure, I recommend you to drink pumpkin juice. Pumpkins have high isoglucose and it only contains half of the calories from sweet potatoes. It is also rich in calcium, iron, phosphorous and vitamins and helps to fasten blood circulation. If you have bad skin, pumpkins can help you clean out your skin. Pumpkin has diuretic effect and helps to get rid of the puffiness.

Tomatoes: If you are on a diet and don’t want to eat or if you don’t have enough time to eat in the mornings, you can eat tomatoes as replacement for your breakfast. Prepare about 200g of tomatoes and eat until you are full. You can still have your normal meals for lunch and dinner. Tomatoes are low in calories and it contains vitamins as well as calcium and organic acids. The red tomatoes have more vitamins. Another way to eat tomatoes is to grate it and make it into juice and drink it.

Cabbage: Cabbage is low in calories and fats and stimulates the contraction of your intestines, preventing constipation. It’s better to steam it in a steamer rather than boiling it. When you eat cabbages, eat it with chicken breast and grapefruit that has high vitamins.
