The truth about low calorie foods

1. Sugar-free Juice. Sugar free means it doesn’t contain any sugar in the food. However, they still put other monosaccharide to reduce the sour taste and increase the sweet flavor. Therefore sugar-free juice and the normal juice are not much different because they still contain other things that are bad for the body. Usually people think fruits are good for diets and eat a large amount of it but if you eat too much, it gets accumulated in the body as fat.

2. Half mayonnaise. Normal mayonnaise is on the top highest calorie food. It has 92kcal per table spoon.  The half mayonnaise with less fat does have less calories but it still has high calories with 70kcal in a table spoon. If you are on a diet you should try not to eat it or completely avoid it.

3. Chips without oil. Chips in a packet have at least 500 to 600 calories which is equal to a normal person’s meal.

4. Diet-Coke. I n the advertisement, it says the calories for diet cokes are zero but it still contains 25kcal per can which is still good compared to 100kcal of normal cokes. If you’re on a diet and craving for soda drinking diet coke once in a while is not too bad.
