Vinegar can be used as many different ways. The vitamin E in vinegar breaks down the lactic acid in the skin and speeds up the blood circulation and dissolves the oil in sebum. It also controls the viruses and bacteria on the skin. So if you drink vinegar, it helps to speed up your metabolism and gets rid of the dirt on your skin makes your skin beautiful. If you want to put vinegar on your skin, apples vinegars are very good.

How can you make your skin smooth using vinegar?

Mix a tablespoon of vinegar with 250ml of cold water and put it on your face using wet gauze. After 10 to 15 minutes, take it off and rinse off with sub acid so it doesn’t stimulate your skin.

Vinegar bath – put water in the bath and pour about half a cup of apple vinegar in the bath water. Vinegar can purify the water, recover fatigue and make your skin smooth and sleek. You can use vinegar water when washing your face as well.

If you have trouble with pimples or papules, put five to six drops of vinegar in boiling water and use the steam on your face.
